About the Classic
A New Tradition for Sewickley
The Sewickley Classic 5K & Community Festival is a new annual event created to bring our community together around fitness, local pride, and giving back.
Organized by the Sewickley Runners Club, the event combines a professionally managed 5K road race with a one-mile walk, youth activities, and a post-race community festival — creating a morning that welcomes runners, walkers, families, and spectators alike.
Our goal is simple: establish a signature Sewickley event that residents look forward to every spring — one that celebrates healthy living while strengthening the bonds that make this community special.
