Packet Pick Up Info
All registered participants must pick up their race packet before the event. Packets include your race bib, race shirt, event swag, and sponsor information.
Timing chips are included for 5K participants only and are required for official results. Participants in the One-Mile Walk/Fun Run and Kids Dashes will receive bibs but will not be issued timing chips.
What to Bring
To pick up your race packet, please bring your registration QR code (printed or on your phone)
The QR code is not required, but it significantly speeds up the process. If needed, our team can look up your registration manually, though this may take additional time.
Picking Up for Others
You can pick up race packets for family members or friends. Just be sure to bring their registration QR code with you.
This helps us release packets quickly, accurately, and to the right people—so everyone gets to the start line without unnecessary detours.
